What is our cancellation policy?
This is our cancellation policy, which you will find in more detail in the corresponding tab for each tour.
☼ Cancellations made greater than 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date will be fully refunded.
☼ Cancellations made greater than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date will be refunded 80% of the agreed total tour fee.
☼ Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the agreed total tour fee.
☼ Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date will incur a 100% charge.
The cancellation policy can be “more Strict” but only in the case of multi-day tours when there are booked hotels and other services. Still, you can be refunded if the hotels agree to also refund.
