You will know who is picking you up (name, photo and cell phone/WhatsApp).
We want to guarantee to our clients a bad-experience-free ride.
No texting, phone calls, music, bad manners, smoking or dangerous driving from our drivers!
It is very possible that your transfer driver will be your tour leader!
You avoid the typical tourist scam of unexpected extras for tolls, luggage fees, traffic fees, etc.
Your transfer is a good time to get to know us in advance of your tour.
We track your flight and adjust for possible early arrival or delay.
We never hold a sign with your names. We are used to offering personalized services so we have our own way of meeting you.

Pricing & more

The airport is approximately 60 minutes away from the center of Athens when there is regular traffic (not always the case!). A taxi ride will normally cost 48-55 EUR. You can pick up a taxi just outside the airport which may require waiting in the line for a while depending on your arrival time.

☼ We charge 55-65 EUR for our tour clients (daytime rate). If you do it both ways, it will be 60 for your arrival and 55 for your departure. This is the daytime rate for one or two people and luggage—or even three people if your luggage is not bigger than our big trunk! We are more expensive than a taxi ride because we provide a—by far—better service, which you may appreciate or not care about! Read on!

☼ Our service includes a spotless vehicle that is cleaned just for your ride. The car has not provided rides for … maybe another 50 people on the same day (like a taxi). The cost will be 85-100 EUR (depending on the number of people/luggage) if you are more than two people and need a minivan.

☼ We are the tour leaders of our tours, so if you take this service, you will probably meet your tour leader!

☼ We do not smoke and do not chemically spray the car and ourselves to hide it! Statistically, 95% of the potential rides you are likely to book will be with a smoker because smoking in Greece is still a very popular sport!

☼ We use large, spotless, comfortable saloon cars for 2-3 people or minivans for up to 8 people.

Athens Overview Tour Add-On

For an extra 20 EUR (for two people), we can add a short (10-20 min) overview of the city’s central areas and sites so that you are ready to explore the following day/days.

+30 EUR for 3-4 people with luggage
+40 EUR for 5-7 people with luggage

Remember

Not everyone has the luxury of a private transfer, so the alternative is the tube or underground, which costs approximately 10 EUR/person. Just make sure your accommodation or hotel is located near a tube station. Similarly, there is a less comfortable bus service.

We don’t usually offer transfers but only sometimes do so to customers of our tours to ensure they don’t start their trip with a bad experience. This comes at a price since we offer a different service, but it is still a fair cost considering the amount of time and effort we put into it!
