Not so easy to hear the amazing buzz from the 1,000s of bees, but also the background sounds of the hidden birds and the goats & sheep a bit further.
Pollen is the essential feature for the fruitification of blossoms. The nectar, the thin watery and only slightly sweetish substance, that later ripens into honey is the bait placed in the blossoms by nature to draw the bees.

Unfortunately, the amazing, jasmine-like, scent is not recorded!
